(thanks Bov!). Hazy yellow colour, much head while pouring, but vanishes quite fast. Some lace. Yeast, sourness, wheat and some caramel in aroma. Flavour is wheat, sour fruits and yeast. Quite "flat" flavoured. More a witbier with added sour fruits than a German Hefeweizen (which it apparently tries to be). Lots of spices in the aftertaste.
