On pouring this looks exactly like what you would expect in a wheat beer, hazy straw colour with a big white head. First sniff and you know your in for something a little different, all the typical flavours are there, orange pith from the wheat, clove and cinnamon from the yeast but with an added tropical fruit and even slightly savoury green pepper that the Equinox hop brings to the beer.
