Beer style Belgian blanche, slightly cloudy and the white foam and persistent. Light, fresh and refreshing, dominated by citrus aromas and soft hints of malts. The use of wheat and buckwheat gives it a delicate sweetness, and spices, on all the coriander, make it sensual and intriguing. It successfully combines a fish of all kinds, fresh and delicate dishes or vegetables, even grilled.

750 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Troll stemmed tulip glass an unfiltered opaque golden-yellow coloured Blanche with a good one finger slight beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, aciditic fruits, citrus, apples and spicy, cloves, coriander. The flavour is wheat malts, sweety-sourish apples, pears and spicy, coriander. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling and very fresh. This light bodied Blanche has a dry sourish fruits finish. A pretty well brewed Blanche from the Italian Alpen, very refreshing and nice tasting.
