330 ml capped bottle, with a 7,0 % ABV. Poured an unfiltered and cloudy straw-yellow coloured Witbier with a minimum, almost white, foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is acidic fruits, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, fruity hops, notes of spices, coriander. The flavour is a bunch of juicy acidic fruits, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, oranges, moderate malty, biscuity notes, spicy tones, coriander, orange peels. The texture is crispy and harmonious bitter. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Witbier has a dry strong bitter and fruity finish. Waouh ! What a thirst killer ! Intensively bitter, well flavoured, it's a very interesting other way that the classical Belgian yeasty Witbier. Merçi, la Suisse !

Bottle: Poured a deep orangey color ale with a light foamy head with low retention and no lacing. Aroma of sugary wheat malt with some light coriander and some orange peel. Taste is quite heavy with lots of sugar and some light spices. Carbonation and too low and refreshing factor is also to low for style. Overly sweet with not enough carbonation and lacking spices makes this a below average beer.
