Anton Dreher is credited with introducing the Vienna style of lager beer at about the same time that Pilsner arose in Bohemia. Whereas Pilsner quickly rose to prominance and is universally popular to this day, Vienna lager was neglected even in its native Austria. Fortunately, a wave of Austrian emigrants took the style with them to Mexico and Texas where it has become a regional favorite. Our version is a medium amber beer with a prounounced malty flavor. We take our time in the fermenting and lagering stages to ensure a clean, elegant finish.

Tried this one at the Triumph in Princeton, NJ. Poured a clear amber color with a small white head and some decent lacing. Lots of toasted malts with a little bit of hops coming in at the finish. I'd definitely try this again.
