Part of a 7-beer sampler flight served at the Brewpub in Princeton. Good head, and great lace. Lemony, musty aroma. Cloudy yellow, like Orangina. Fizziness on the palate underscores a salty, almost Alka-Selzery mouthfeel. The aftertaste is edgy, harsh, and sour. I really like the look and smell of this beer!
