Our first ever can conditioned beer is ready for the end of the summer, despite knowing there’s plenty of heat left. A clean, subtle, and simple saison style beer was fermented intentionally cooler with a French Saison yeast, and then sent to cans basically still, but mixed with a measured amount of priming sugar. The flat beer was canned and then left to condition at room temp until carbonation was achieved through the natural process of refermentation, often utilized in bottles or kegs. Cleaner phenolic notes of pear and orchard fruit tropical warm spice lead into a clean honey laden Pilsner malt character. Bone dry, but silky, this beer drinks in quantity with relative ease.
