Sampled on 10/10/2012 at the Trinity Brewpub. This saison pours a very hazy light orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, hint of apricots and some pepper, some chardonnay grapes and some spices. A medium bodied saison. The malts are fruity and sweet, with some apricot and grape flavors. The hops are citrusy. Nice carbonation. Slighlty tart, mostly malt, apricot and grapes. A touch of tannin from the chardonnay grapes. Interesting beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet with a touch of tartness.
