Sampled on 10/11/2012 at GABF. This sasion pours a light yellow gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, slightly funky and dry. A medium bodied saison. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are earthy. Decent carbonation. Slightly funky, kind of dry and slightly spicy. Nice balance. Slightly hoppy at the finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly tart.
