Elektrick Cukumbahh. It's officially summer and that means cucumbers are just starting to come into harvest. Cool cukes are such a nice cooling summer treat, and we decided to make a summer Saison with them. Adding ~24lbs of English cucumbers per barrel, and just enough lemon zest to lend an overall brightness to the beer, this recipe is certain to become an epic summer time favorite.

750 ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy gold with a huge bubbly white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is cucumbers with some funky yeast.
The flavor is old tropical fruit with some cucumber and some sweet bready malts. A little too vegetal. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with creamy carbonation.
Overall, it's OK for a cucumber beer. I was excited about the brett, but it didn't help. For cucumber beer, I actually liked Twisted Pine's better surprisingly.
