Draws hazy yellow with thin white head. Aroma is grain, yeast and citrus. Light/medium body with grain, light tartness and mild hops. A little thin to the pallette. I'm not sure if I've ever tried a gluten-free beer (and didn't look before I started typing), but it wasn't bad.
