Our flagship American IPA highlights the distinctively aromatic Australian Galaxy hop. The nose bursts with pine, citrus rind, melon and pineapple. Pronounced flavors of peach, clementine, and tropical fruits are accentuated with moderate bitterness and balanced by a light, biscuity malt character.

A very hazy IPA, dark gold in color, and the head is cream colored but thin. Lots of tropical fruit on the nose, some biscuit malt, some yeast, and maybe a little earthiness. Average bodied mouthfeel. Flavour is balanced between the sweet fruit notes and the bitter hop notes. Maybe a little alcohol presence, but not much.

Pours opaque apricot with minimal ivory head. Aroma presents tart pear, citrus, raw malt. Flavor features tart pear, raw malt, piney hops, subtle citrus. Texture offers fair body and fizz, and a woody hop finish. Get Congressional.
