30,000 Islands IPA is a new school interpretation of the IPA style. It's neither an East Coast or West Coast style IPA as it takes inspiration from both. We think of it as an East Coast of Georgian Bay kinda beer... It's soft, resiny with a big tropical fruit profile featuring notes of grapefruit, passion fruit and a touch of lingering dank resinyness.

The beer pours a pretty translucent amber hued gold with a generous white bubbly head and plenty of effervescence. The aroma is citrus zest, grains, tropical fruit, and earthy hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grains, syrupy caramel, light citrusy notes, and a mildy hoppy finish. Enjoyable. -

Pours a lightly hazy golden colour with a warm off-white frothy cap, good stay and some tiny spots of foam lacing. Orange citrus aromas with honey notes. Some solid bitterness in the taste with a dry finish. Nice flavours of citrus and grassiness. Gets hazier at the end. A pretty good West Coast style, bitter IPA with some mild juiciness.
