Gose Impérial La Gosebuster est une bière d’un style bien particulier. Venant de la tradition allemande des goses, cette bière est brassée avec du sel marin et des feuilles de Kaffir lui conférant un goût de lime et de sel. Son coté impérial vient du fait que nous avons doublé la teneur en alcool par rapport aux goses traditionnelles.

This Imperial Gose looks like grapefruit juice with a big frothy cap that goes down slowly and leaves some foamy lacing. Totally gose nose with the saltiness, citrus sourness and mild spices. The taste is very lemony giving the sour and fruity notes. The salt is nicely balanced in there with slight dryness in the finish. Not too much bitterness. Quite enjoyable !!
