The clean, crisp taste of our traditional European Pilsner is complimented by just the slightest taste of hops. Smooth and light to medium bodied this is an excellent beer for any occasion.

On tap after climbing in Kelowna somewhere. Nice clean taste, cold, subtle german/lager hops. Refreshing with a good body. Not my kind of beer but if lager is the only option, I would be happy to drink this.

Can: Poured a bright yellow color pils with a medium size foamy head with some retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet malt notes with a dry finish. Taste is quite refreshing with nice notes of lightly sweet malt and dry finish with light crisp notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well done though more Noble hops would have improve the recipee.

Clear, darker gold in colour with a smallish head. The nose was only a little hop and a little malt. Flavour was very average although decent enough, but the mouth was thinner than I'd like. Things faded away at the finish.

Pours a lightly hazed gold with a tight white 2 finger cap that lasts well and laces. Moderate carbonation Aroma is woodsy-botanical with some robust bread dough malt tones and just a kiss of green apple. Soft mouth feel silky delivery. Up front the bready malts mingle with the woody-leafy hallertauer and spalter hops, lovely soft mineral palate, finishes in perfect balance between biscuity malts, earthy hops and soft mineral mouth from the water. A great summer patio lager...not really in the Czech style, ...more like a soft Bavarian pilsner made with old style hop varieties...excellent! I'm a lager head and I could drink oceans of this at a session.

Pours out amber colour (a little cloudy) with a medium-small sized white head which fades quickly. It smells of malt and some interesting hops. The mouthfeel is light to medium. There is a malty taste with a presence of hops and finish is malty.

Beer looks slightly hazy pure gold with a one-inch noisy cap with not bad retention, for a pilsner this isn’t to shabby looking. Aroma seems mild and made from noticeable hops, and a dry wheatiness, smells ok but a touch to mild for my liking. Flavor is crisp and light comprised of mild citrusy hops, a nice light smooth malt character and finishes dry and clean. Nice simple brew that any one can enjoy yet still quality made, ok for BBQ’s and days at the beach. Review done while watching Hannibal rising.

Poured out a thick white cap that faded to a film. First whiff made me move my head away - similar to compost and very similar to all the rotting plant material that I cleaned out of the stagnant water stuck in my eavestroughs today. But, it does fade away in strength a bit. The veggie aroma is kind of annoying as it is mixed in with some floral and malty aromas. With that said there is some skunk that is reminisant of the Euro Pilsner style and it is very similar to brews made by Craft breweries in the northern hemisphere. After it warms there is more of a malt presence that is pretty good. A touch fruity too. The review of the taste is being done after considerable warming. A little on the watery side, the hops stand out first followed by a decent malt backbone. Medium light bodied and fairly smooth with ample carbonation. Malty finish. Drinking this cold was terrible for my beersnob tastes. But once warmer I did enjoy it but would have to be in the mood for this exact style of beer before hopping into the car to get a case.
