Our ANNIVERSARY ALE is a small batch, symbolic release typifying all that we enjoy doing throughout the year – brewing well balanced, high quality beer. Released in Limited quantity, the result is a unique brew that we believe is fit for a celebration. While each release signifies the end of a year gone by, it also welcomes the beginning Of a new one. So whether you’re looking back or looking ahead, we hope you’ll take the time to share this brew with others the way we wanted to share it with you…and of Course celebrate all that is great about beer! Description Like any great celebration, an interplay of unique notes is seamlessly achieved. Deep mahogany red in colour, initially displaying a malt forward taste profile, with layered flavors of chocolate, nut and hints of caramel. As the malt presence subsides, this wonderfully complex brew becomes ultimately balanced with a solid backbone of hop bitterness. Pronounced orange and citrus flavors mingle harmoniously leading to a long and smooth finish

Bomber from Central City. Pours a clear chestnut under a fluffy tan head. Malty aroma, could be some hoppiness in there, or not. Medium-bodied mouthfeel. Malt-forward flavour, lesser citrus and pines notes. Easy drinking. Not the biggest fan of the Red IPA style, but this one was better than okay.
