300 ml, on tap at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered and opaque deep-brown, close to black coloured B A with a one finger deep beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is solid roasted malts, notes of dark chocolate and roasted coffee beans. The flavour is roasted malts, roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate and fruity notes, berries. The mouthfeel is light crispy, sparkling and very smooth. This light bodied Brown Ale has a dry coffeish finish. An easy drinkable Brown Ale from the tiny and not so easy accessible farm-brewery in Třebonice.
