Pours hazy apricot with a thick but effervescent eggshell head. Apple and fresh malt co-star in the aroma, happily sharing the olfactory stage. Flavor is mainly apple, but with enough malt and a pinch of hops to show this is a beer and not a cider. This is easy to chug - but please do so responsibly! Flavor has fairly firm body, so-so fizz, and a slightly sweet and slightly sour apple finish. Don’t forbid this to yourself.
