This northwest IPA is bold and balanced, with a rich malty flavor and a strong hop presence. We use premium 2-Row, Crystal, Munich and Victory malts to create the perfect base for showcasing Yakima-grown Columbus hops. After one sip you’ll agree, this is one hoppy bitch of a beer.

16 oz can. Pours hazy golden copper with a medium creamy off-white head that goes to a thin film and laces the glass.

The aroma is sweet biscuity malts with a little fruity resiny hops.

The flavor is sweet biscuity malts with big bitterness from resiny hops that leave a harsh, slightly vegetal, finish in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation and a little watery.

Overall, too much sweet biscuity malt and not enough hop flavor (but does have good bitterness).

From a Texaco gas station(!) in Pt Roberts, was. Pours a creamy beige head with some retention over a body of near orange hue, and said body did become quite cloudy with sediment towards the end of the bottle. Both nose and palate enjoyed citrus, hop, and pine components. Bitter right through to the finish. This brewery was unknown to me prior to today.
