A herbaceous oat IPA. Both Simcoe and Mosaic hops were included in the recipe resulting in an IPA with a piney hop driven taste and bursts of pineapple and citrus aroma. Mr. Chimpo is 7% ABV and 60 IBU.

Friend from Sac sent some brews for a music festival, so I got to try a couple of these Track 7s. This was more West Coast than the Bloomer’s Cut IPA.. Less malt, with a clearer and yellower appearance. Still has some haziness in the appearance. Flavor leans more towards the hops .....great balance though. Both IPAs were solid. This is one of his go-to breweries out there, so if I ever visit looking forward to trying out their taproom.
