A classic English Pale Ale dominated by pleasant hop bitterness and aroma. Dry hops impart unique aromas and flavors that add to the complexity of this ale. Pick axe iPa on label. Pleasant but weak aroma of caramel, biscuit malt and mainly spicy hops with a hit of citrus. Flavor ok, but a little more subdued. Average beer, but enjoyed.

Pours a semi-cloudy amber color with a thin white head. The aroma is citrusy but not over-done. The taste is a light caramel The mouthfeel is light medium cabonation.

Bottled@GBBF2010. Slightly hazy pale reddish orange colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and also has some mild liquorice. Also some quite strong bready malts. Flavour is bready malts, crystal malts as well as some floral and grassy hops. More sweet notes appear once it warms up a bit.

Still working on that sampler. Last few haven't been so good from this brewery and this one is no different. Taste is stale and watered down with metallic hint. Aroma is average. Will not have again.

I really like this beer. Pours a great golden color with little or no head, but stains your glass with lacing. The aroma is a bit sweeter than your average pale ale and with a pleasing yet subtle fruity taste to it. Smooth with a bitter aftertaste. Yummy. After about three of these I have to admit, you really start to feel the alcohol kick in. The perfect beer with a peperoni pizza!

Very pleasant pale ale. Pours orange with a thin white head. Aroma is mildly hoppy. This is a beer that would pair great with just about anything and is very sessionable--not so hoppy where it kills your tastebuds after the first few sips.

Good beer it is a pale ale that is not so overpowering that it is good for eating with normal foods, however if you are are looking for a hops explosion this is not the beer you are looking for but at the deli when you want to taste your food this is a good beer

Pretty decent EPA overall. Always do love to try these when I get a chance. An American spin on an EPA. An AEPA more like it. Clear Bronze colour with a fluffhead. Dissapointed in the aroma. It wasn't bad, just not what i thought it could have been. Slightly hopped, mildly refreshing and fun to sip on.

A quite pleasant pale ale as it is not too hoppy - sorry hop-heads - but just about right for someone who enjoys the sensation of hops without their head turning inside out. A rather rich amber/brown color when poured with phenomenal lacing.
