Tofino Brewing Company brews exclusively small batch, handcrafted ales that pair best with life on the West Coast. Our natural, unfiltered beer is brewed with whole ingredients using only barley, hops, yeast, and water. High quality Canadian pale malt serves as the backbone of our beer and European specialty malts are brought in for character and body. We brew with healthy amounts of hops grown here in the Pacific Northwest and, of course, fresh Clayoquot Sound water. ◦Base Malt: Canadian Pale 2-Row ◦Specialty Malts: Munich & German Black ◦Bittering Hops: Columbus ◦Flavour and Aroma Hops: Centennial & Citra ◦Dry Hopped with: Centennial & Citra ◦Yeast: Dry English Strain

Bomber from Central City. Cloudy orange pour under a well-retained fluffy white head. Inviting aroma of pine, citrus, and hops. Nice flavour, nicely bitter along with lots of pine, citrus, and some tropical fruit; some malt as well. Above average mouthfeel. Finishes well, some malt to offset the bitterness. Nice effort.
