Feb. 2019: 330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.1%. Brewed with redcurrants, cherries and prunes. Very cloudy pinkish colour, large off-white / pale pinkish head. Strong aroma of said fruits / berries, also lactic acid. Flavour of lactic acid and sour fruits / berries, esp. redcurrants. Moderate but noticeable hops. Fairly nice beer.

Pours barely translucent caramel with a thick and rather persistent and pillowing buff head. Be patient. This is a Berliner? Definitely not a typical one. Aroma features tart dark fruit - definitely some cherry in there - plus a hint of fresh malt. Flavor yields currant, cherry, prune and subtle malt notes, tart and a little sour but with a touch of sweetness. Texture presents firm, smooth body and perky fizz. A ton of holiday in a can.
