This hoppy unfiltered ale, a cross between the American pale ale and Belgian witbier styles, blends fresh American “C” hops, Belgian yeast aromatics, orange peel, coriander, and our own secret spice. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Hinterland brewery.

This one rides three styles - witbier, pale ale and belgian. What's surprising about the belgian portion is that its yeast is detectable but not overwhelming. As for the other flavors such as the coriander and orange peel, there and tasty but again, not dominating.
