We brewed this unique brown ale with cherry-wood smoked malt, six other malts, a touch of oatmeal, and a handful of crisp American hops for balance. Complex, smooth, and smoky.

Clear copper color with thin beige head. Soft caramel aroma with a malty flavor and hints of hickory and smoked malt with some bacon poking through. An unusual beer to say the least.

An extremely appropriate name for this beer: Poured a dark but semi clear copper colour with a small light brown head. A nose so big and full of smoke, i wondered if my breath would smell like a bonfire. Or what would it be like having this beer at at campfire. Would it be too much to handle? Peaty, rich and beefy. Like a big slab of steak. Still wicked smooth considering and so tastey i just had to have another.
