Collaboration with Royal Sushi & Izakaya. Helles lager with all German pils malt and a touch of American hops. Post fermentation, conditioned atop 300lbs of fully dressed (rice vinegar, salt, and sugar) sushi rice prepared the day of addition, as well as a very healthy amount of unfiltered/unprocessed yuzu juice, then lagered for five weeks.
