From Embrace the Funk Fest. Light amber red/pink color, tight white bubbles for head, little lacing, sustained white ring. Fresh sweet and tart strawberry aroma and flavor, lightly tart and sour, then sweet like Kool Aid without enough sugar, fizzy and carbonated, strawberry soda that is tart. Very spring-like and refreshing, actually enjoyed this after some bracingly sour and tart monsters.

Hazy strawberry red with redish foam head, lasting and lacing to glass. Aroma is much to my surprise strawberry, likewise taste. NIce and fresh, great for desert after a corpulus meal. Long lasting strawberry aftertaste.(Moscow 201209)

pour was a murky plum orange with an average sized light pink foamy head that reduced down to a large collar of foam with some really good sticky lacing. The aroma was all about the strawberries, with a little musty yeast and a hint of bubblegum. The taste was sweetly tart with a bit of maltiness and a strong strawberry presence throughout. The flavor lasted a decent duration after the swallow being mostly of tart strawberries Mouthfeel was light in body and slightly syrupy in texture with a very lively carbonation. Overall a very sweet and tart Lambic that was very refreshing. This is also an excellent example of what a lambic should be like.

as advertised...strawberry and not a whole lot else. there's a nice interplay between sweet and tart, but it's all strawberry. not subtle at all...if you're a strawberry lover, this will be mothers milk.

It pours a hazy and muddy orange-brown with a thick white head and not much lacing. An aroma of caramel malts, strawberries, orange and citrus, some brown sugar, bread and yeast, and light spices. The mouthfeel is thick and rich. Flavors of strawberry, oranges, bread and yeast, caramel malts, and light spices. Mmm..

i really liked this beer- strawberry goodness .. . dark amber orange .. medium foam .. very clean stuff .. . strawberry flavours mostly, just a good refreshing fruit juice .. . enjoyable if you don't take it to seriously .. . but one thing puzzles me, there was not one single mention of the stolen jewels ..
