Two traditions are brought together here in a unique complacency, namely an original succulence never tempted before. The result is sublime, liberating a graceful taste tinted by a controlled acidity on the lambic confused with the dry fruity of the pumpkin and the discreet sugar added. By crossing the middle of the mouth appears a taste of brown sugar remembering and accentuating the convivial touch of Halloween.

Pours a clear, somewhat pumpkin-ish amber with a fairly thick and fluffy off-white head. Malty aroma has notes of pumpkin and cinnamon and a hint of apple cider. Crisp flavor is somewhat like drinking a pumpkin pie - and an apple pie at the same time. It’s like apple cider with pumpkin and cinnamon - or a pumpkin lambic with apple cider? Whatever, it has a distinctive crisp flavor, somewhat sweet, somewhat dry. Texture has a fair amount of firmness and fizz, not outstanding but it does leave a nice finish of apple, cinnamon and a little pumpkin. A good fall or holiday beer - and fine any time of the year!

750 ml bottle, dated 20/08/12. Pours clear copper orange with a medium fluffy off-white head that retains well and leaves a little lacing.
The aroma is musty (slightly wet cardboardy) malts, gingerbread spices, and some pumpkin and tropical fruit.
The flavor is gingerbread spices, cinnamon and tart/sour fruits and some mustiness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with spritzy carbonation.
Overall, it's interesting - like a gingerbread sour. I did like it a bit better on draft than in the bottle. The bottle was more musty and subdued. -

Cloudy orange pour, smells a bit dusty for my taste. Flavor has a slight twang, and does the pumpkin and spice part quite well, but the funk is underdone in this beer. Decent, but a bit on the boring side.

An occluded orange colored beer with a big fluffy textured, white head rising robustly above. There's some hang time on the head. Fluffy film aside the glass and thick ringlet atop the body. Vinegary, yeast nose dominates. Light bodied, crisp and effervescent. Cloves and cinnamon in the tasting along with that vinegary profile. Quite interesting.
