Cultiver is a mixed culture beer that we worked on with our friends at Fox Farm Brewery featuring CT grown malt and was fermented with a combination of our respective house cultures and conditioned for 8 months in our oak foeders. Following conditioning, we added a light dry hop of Nelson Sauvin and over 1,000 pounds of Cayuga grapes grown on Fox Farm’s family vineyard. The result is a beautifully soft farmhouse ale with moderate acidity and a remarkable white wine profile

Pours clear topaz with a minimum head. Aroma supplies tart stone and citrus fruit. Flavor yields sharply tart nectarine, peach and orange with a hint of grapefruit. Texture provides nice body and lively fizz. Cultivated.
