Apple lambic with Reinette Etoilée variety. Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Oude Reinette Étoilée Tilquin à l'ancienne is made from the fermentation of Reinette Etoilée apples (a local belgian variety) in a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics. The final concentration of apples 390g by liter of lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, vintage 2022-2023, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.8%. Golden colour, small white head, moderate carbonation. Lovely aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse, rustic kitchen, salted lemons, oak and oxidised apples. Sour flavour, notes of brettanomyces, lemons, oak and sour apples.
