Le Peche Mode is a classic saison style beer brewed with natural Georgia peach juice from Lane Orchards. Peaches, introduced to our state by Franciscan monks in 1571, add a very subtle fruit complexity to this traditional Belgian farmhouse ale. Unfiltered and bottle conditioned, this beer delivers a refreshing malt character and a long, dry finish.

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Pours a bubbly, translucent golden with a frothy and effervescent eggshell head. Aroma has notes of pear, banana, and apple; it is not strong, but still inviting. Flavor echoes the fruit of the aroma and adds a woody hop note and a yeasty underpinning to the mix. Mouthfeel is firm, smooth, and rather fizzy. Get in the "mode" for this decidedly sippable saison. Consideably better on tap!
