After a year of aging Feest Noel in a small number Willet barrels, the familiar spice aroma and flavor from our beloved Christmas Quad meld beautifully with the aroma and flavors of bourbon and wood - and time.

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9
Pours opaque sable brown with a nice tan head. Aroma presents spicy, bourbon, woody, spicy, roast malt and fruity tones. Flavor delivers all that the aroma promises, plus more bourbon and a snip of molasses. Rich mouthfeel has firm body and plenty of fizz. Great on tap, or from the bottle - glad that i shared the latter!
