A true American IPA classic brewed using the best specialty malts hopped to perfection with a nice hop finish, making this IPA smooth, well balanced, and drinkable. Three Monkeys Yosemite Fall IPA captures the essence of a true whole food consisting of the best water, hops and malt that money can buy. We do not pasteurize our beer, in thus doing so delivers a far superior quality hand crafted beer. One drink and you will agree !

Sampled at the Brew's Best Beer Fest on my trip to Vegas, back in 2011. Pours a hazy amber-copper with a beige creamy head. Nice smell of caramel, spices and other malts. Medium-bodied. The taste is more malty than hoppy. Well balanced between dryness and wetness for mouthfeel. Nice overall.
