Pours somewhat transparent sepia that fades to honey at the bottom. Beige head is thick, but says "Hello" and then boogies. Sweet aroma features roast malt, caramel and bourbon plus woody and earthy hints. Flavor bursts with quality bourbon, sweet roast malt, woody, caramel and earthy tones. No wonder Tom regards it as his magnum opus! Texture yields firm, smooth body and jazzy fizz. Sluice this bull!
