A truly dangerous beer. It's very strong, but goes down like the smoothest beers around. Quite sweet, without being too much. A great way of enduring the Danish winter. The name "juleren" is a pun on the word "ren" which can mean both "reindeer" and "pure" in Danish.

Goldenish amber colour, small white head. Aroma is alcohol, spices, glue and malts. Flavour is malty, alcohol, hops, and slightly metallic. Alcohol and malts in aftertaste.

Organic strong lager, moderate head. Deep golden colour. Strong enough but not what I would think of as a Christmas brew. Too light bodied despite the strength.
