Amber colour with golden highlights, a nice light beige head, good retention and creamy lacing. Caramel malts with mild hops. The hops are stronger in the taste with nice bitterness, grassiness. Pretty crisp for an imperial IPA goes down nicely with Tex Mex food at Pelons in Austin, Texas.

4:30pm .. . well, the regular is decent, so how is the doubled up version, well.. ruff! .. . Pours a deep caramel, great foam .. . quite an alcohol presence, some resin .. kinda light on the hops for an iipa but having only been open for 10 months- they will improve .. . And you've never seen me wash my testicles either but that doesn't mean I don't do it every Friday.
