Our Porter has a complex malt profile from 7 different malts and is balanced by Fuggles hops. It is named after the brewers’ late dog that he found in a dumpster as a puppy tied in a bag and left to die. That dog (his name was Guinness) became a one of the most complex and intelligent animals that he ever owned. This complexity is reflected in the Porter we serve.

I had a 4 ounce sample of this beer at the River Company Resturant on 16 June 2012 as part of an 8 beer taster. This beer looked and smelled good, tasted of roasted malt and was generally on point. My big gripe was that it was way too thin. Overall, not a bad beer
