Pours a clear, bubbly chestnut with a fairly thick and persistent pale wheat head. Malty aroma has a firm fruity overtone, mainly apple with hints of banana and cherry, and a woody hop hint. Hearty flavor has firm malty, woody and fruity notes, the last including apple, cherry and banana - and maybe a hint of pear. Firm texture has a fizz that is not strong but lasts, while finish is fruity, malty and somewhat sweet. No "dum dum" indeed!
