Bottle share - this one from Matt. Pink-amber pour, short head, little lacing. Huge sour cherry aroma and palate upfront, then mellowing to a more cherry Sweet-Tart, lightly funky and woodsy, definitely big on the the tart and sour, intensely so. Cherries, funk, tart sour, lingering goodness. This is New Glarus Wisconsin Belgian Red's Sour first cousin. Nearly orgasmic.

Significantly higher pucker factor than classic Oude Tart had right out of the gate. Still very elegant yet acidic. Lots and lots of cherries and oak. Delicious every damn sip!!
