This beer is barrel aged in barrels for 6-12 months and blended to create a unique stout. Rich belgian chocolate is added to the batch to pair with the sweet oak and bourbon notes from the barrel. We also added a bit of funk in the beer that shows up with a slight tartness in the back end of the beer. Fresh coffee is locally used from Blind Dog Coffee Roasting and added in specific intervals over the aging process to pair with the hops in making a complex balance to the sweetness. This beer becomes increasingly aromatic as it steadly warms up while you are drinking it, crafting what we hope is an excellent drinking experience.

The pinnacle of their very ecclectic tap list. A big (but not alcoholic) chewy chocolate stout, with light bourbon and dark fruit notes, plenty of chocolate and coffee, and an ample amount of sour, though not enough to crowd out anything else. I did catch myself wondering if "bugging" this beer was really necessary, but in the end still really really liked it.
