We are very excited to be pouring our first barrel aged beer. Not being the shy type Steve swung for the fences by barreling our Southsidenstein Stout in one of Tennessee’s own Prichard’s Distillery Bourbon barrels then adding cherries and just a capful(ish) of Pritchard’s Bourbon. We christened this creation Cherry Poppin’ Stout.
