India Pale Lager One of our favourite hop varieties is New Zealand's Nelson Sauvin; a hop packed with gooseberry, tropical fruit, and an almost white wine like quality. We wanted to showcase this in a style that let it shine, and we thought there was no style better than an India Pale Lager. Super drinkable, with citrus and tropical fruit.
