Prepare to be round-housed in the taste buds. This is a North American style India Pale Ale. It has an intense North West Pacific-hop character from a ridiculous amount of hops added to the bew-kettle, and then dry-hopped later on a during conditioning. Citrusy, floral, and fruity flavours take front stage, while the caramel accented malts give it some balance. Chuck Noris IPA is the reason that Waldo is hiding.

Had on draft as Sinister Sam's @ the brewpub in Canada, last night of the trip .. . deep gold amber .. medium head, great lacing .. . mild pine and hay citrus .. . messy mouthfeel, but does the job .. . . "now get outta here!"

Poured a deep gold, 2 finger white cap. Aroma is a cross between Brit IPA and west coast IPAs...caramel malts with an earthy herbalness and a bright citrus character, fruity esters in undertones. Nice pile-up of cara malt in front then the fruity esters and big Willamette hopping kicks in...nice crispness, lightly dry finish with light metallic after taste....a boiler plate Craft IPA
