Bottom-fermented, medium bodied and medium bitter all-malt beer. Inspiration for this beer we found in Vienna-style lager and Bavarian Märzen. With its colour is similar to Märzen, bitterness is close to Vienna. Märzen was brewed in March, in time when is cold outside. Nowadays we have machine cooling, so we brew Amber beer all the year round

Docene, on tap at the brewpub in Praha. Poured an unfiltered amber brown with copper tones colored beer with a creamy slight beige foamy head that had a very long retention. Active carbonation. Nice lacing. The aroma is sweet toasted grainy malts, biscuits, toffee, notes of caramel and nuts. The flavour is herbal hops, slight grainy roasted malts, coffeish, wood, fruity, grapefruit, citrus, notes of licorice. The mouthfeel is very smooth. This light to medium bodied beer has a lingering bitter end. A nice Czech Pivo.

Draught@brewpub. Hazy orange opaque colour with big beige bubbly head. Aroma is quite yeasty and malty. Flavour is yeast, malts, some hops and mild notes of wood. Also some diacetyl. Nothing very special.
