We introduce a new special guest in our berwery. It is India Pale Ale ( IPA ) and its history comes from Great Britain. IPAs was brewed for long distance transports to India and with its high bitterness was insparation for European brewmasters to create bitter lagers. Our IPA is top-fermented beer brewed from Cezch ingredients and two kinds of American hops ( Amarillo and Cascade ). It combines full malt body with high hop bitterness and hoppy aroma. All the year around.

400 ml , on draught at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered slight hazy amber-chesnut with reddish tones coloured IPA with a one finger beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is moderate roasted malts, caramel, juicy fruits, mandarin, oranges, pineapples and strong piney-resinous hops. The flavour is a heavy earthy hoppy bitterness and at the end of the sip emerged a long fruity and piney bitterness, fruity, grapefruits, oranges, citrus. This medium to full bodied IPA has a very long hoppy bitter finish. A well-balanced and solid IPA, very tasty. Yes ! It is possible to find in the Old Central Europe a really nice IPA.
