I love Summit's unchained series but this is definitely not my favorite. Ruddy amber pour. Aroma of raisins, biscuity malt and faint bananas. Taste is similar with noticeable earthiness and belgian yeast notes.

It's been a while since I've had a Minnesota beer. Fairly decent Unchained brew. Found it a bit weak in it's mouthfeel. Couldn't hold it together the way I'd like my Belgians to. Clear, amberish. Raisiny and at times tart. Ripe apples, cider. Generous rich malt.
