This traditional English style was originally brewed with extra hops to help it survive the voyage to India. Our IPA is enlightened by spicy herbal hops with a hint of caramel malt sweetness.

An orange-amber colored beer with a big frothy textured, off white head rising above. There's good hang time on the head. A light dusting of film, a moderate ringlet and persistent cap are left. Caramel dominates the nose. That caramel takes a supporting role to the earthy, grassy hops. moderate bodied, effervescent. Good drink.
