This has been an experimental proposal. We have now made it special for this summer. We came up with this recipe to have a Munich malt backbone and highlighted with Orange Blossom Honey. We lightly hopped this honey blonde beer with Hallertau and Saaz with an eye toward balance and hopefully accentuate the crispness of the lager yeast in the finish.

Hey! This one manages to climb just above the ranks of non-offensive into decent territory. A light, somewhat crisp lager with a pleasant honey and floral aroma and flavor.
