Vanishing vanilla is right, as I would call this more of a porter than a stout. The vanilla is real good, bourbon vanilla or watkins, but towards the end of the mouthfeel you get the feeling like its been watered down. good head.

Had this beer on a recent visit to the brewpub. Pours a dark brown color with nice tan head. The vanilla dominates the smell and taste. It's just too much. If it was toned down a bit, I might have had a better experience with this beer.

Tastey beer! Pours a thick black colour with a full tan head. This brew made any sort of taste prior to the first sip, vanish immediately. Sweet, enticing creamy and lots of similarites between this and a specialty coffe drink.
