What does it even mean? Nils (our founder) listened to Elvis’ Amazing Grace and it was something religious, visceral, wonderful and with the sun shining down and the beautiful landscape around him (almost certainly Gothenburg), he felt this was in line with what we wanted to achieve at Stigbergets. It should be something fantastic and barely tangible, something that just goes straight into the soul and fills you with sweetness… What you need to know though. New England style. Golden promise, premium English caramalt, oats, wheat, dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot. It’s a darker, sweeter iteration with aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, pine resin and and a subtle hint of eucalyptus from the Ekuanot.
